Happy Saturday night!!

  • It’s another weekend in December, which means I’m sharing with you another Holiday Cocktail to make during this holiday season. Whether you’re going to a party, having family and friends over, or even just spending the night at home with your love, this is the perfect cocktail for you to try. This time, I decided to spice things up a bit with some Tequila. Today’s holiday cocktail is a Cranberry Margarita! Follow along below for instructions and ingredients:
    • 1/4 cup Tequila (I bought Margaritaville Silver Tequila)

    • 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice (100% juice)

    • 2-3 tablespoons (depending on your preference of orange flavor) Triple Sec (I bought DeKuyper)

    • 1/4 cup Lime Juice (I used from a bottle but suggest using actual limes)

    • Margarita Salt

Alright friends, all you have to do is mix all those ingredients together to get a delicious holiday margarita! To get the salt on the rim on your drink, I put some lime juice on a plate then dipped my rim onto the plate. Then I dipped it immediately into the margarita salt. Enjoy friends! ✨

    Happy December friends,

I’m loving all the holiday spirit(s) I’ve been seeing lately and I want to keep it up. Today, I’m bringing you my first night of “Saturday Night Holiday Cocktails” and this is Week 1! The drink of choice tonight is the Cranberry Ginger Ale Mimosa. This is the perfect drink to make Christmas morning during brunch. This is the easiest drink to make and sooooo yummy! Here’s what you need to get in the spirit:

    • Canada Dry Cranberry Ginger Ale

    • Korbel Champagne Sweet Cuvée

    • Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice

And that’s it! Honestly, I just filled the glass halfway with champagne, threw in the Cranberry Ginger Ale, and then a splash of cranberry. I wanted more champagne but you can do it however you desire. The best part is you don’t even have to mix it cause the bubble will mix it for you. Enjoy friends and let me know if you try this at home! ✨

    Hey y’all!

I’m jumping on here to share with you all my necessities for my beach trip this past week. So I figured it was time for another “What’s in my Bag?” and give it a beachy vibe. Without further ado, let’s get into it!

    Contents:

Bag: ***This bag is a Vera Bradley Factory Outlet Beach Bag and is supposed to be only sold in stores. I did find the bag on Amazon and linked it below. It’s included with a Ditty Bag though and is a lot more expensive then priced at the outlet store. I’ll link a few other cute beach bags below that look similar but are cheaper.***

Beach Towel: I’ll feature a photo of it spread a little more below for you to see what it looks like. I loved this because it’s pretty gender neutral for me or my boyfriend to use. I loved it for an instagram worthy caption saying my boyfriend was my “main squeeze.” Just a super cute and fun way to spice up your insta feed or even your pool look.

Waterproof iPhone Case: This case is great for not only beach days but pool days too! You can take underwater photos and not have to worry about breaking your phone from getting it wet.

Sunscreen: I have two featured below for your body. I like the spray kind because they are so much easier to apply BUT you have to make sure you still rub it in. My boyfriend and I learned the hard way on that. 😂

Scrunchie: This scrunchie was a super easy and cute way to spice up my bathing suit look. There is only so much you can add to a bathing suit that isn’t going to give you weird tan lines. That’s why I loved adding this cute and simple accessory to my beach look.

Sandals: These Sandals are the best I’ve bought in a while. They were only twenty dollars and can dress an outfit up AND down! I highly suggest these to anybody that need a new cute pair of caramel colored sandals.

Beach Blanket: The circular beach blanket is all the rage right now and I’m totally here for it. I adore this colorful and fun blanket from target I got before I left on my trip. I foresee a lot of uses out of this blanket this summer.

Sunglasses: These Mirrored Sunglasses are my new favorite style! Check out these adorable and super affordable classes from Sojos on Amazon. And yes fam, they offer prime! 🙌🏼

“Daydreaming” Beach Hat: I received this hat as a gift and I absolutely love it! It’s so fun and I adore the sweet captions on beach hats. I’ll link the one I have featured in the photo above but it’s unfortunately out of stock right now. It has a “notify when available” button that you can fill out if super interested. I’ll also feature a few of my favorites featured on amazon for a great price too.

Spray bottle: This is great for those super hot beach days when you’re laying out and trying to get your tan on. Just fill it up with some bottled water (preferably cold) and dose yourself when you’re starting to over heat. Simple as that!

Sparkling Water: If you haven’t gotten into the whole sparkling water kick then this is where you need to start! Bubly features a delicious strawberry flavored sparkling water and it reminds me of a strawberry lollipop. So yummy and especially refreshing during a hot summer day on the beach.

Reading Material: Okay, so you may not see a book featured in the photo above but I loved reading on the beach. I use my iPad but anyway to kick back and read on the beach works for me. I’ll link my most recent book I started reading below.

Snacks: Gotta pack snacks for those long and relaxing beach days. My favorite snack I packed this past beach trip was the Safe and Fair Birthday Cake Granola. It’s such an easy to snack on treat and sooooo yummy! The best part about it? It’s Top 8 Allergen Free, Gluten Free, Certified Vegan, Non GMO, and more! Plus you can grab some great coupon codes online and get this product for a great price and with free shipping!

Water Bottle: Keep Hydrated, especially on the beach! I loved this fun summer themed water bottle to carry to the beach with me. The lid has a button to pop the straw up to drink easily. It’s also a great size that will probably last the whole beach day.

Alcoholic Beverages: If you’re 21+ and like to relax on the beach with a nice cold brew or spirit then we have something in common. My favorites for this past trip were IC Light Mango beer and Malibu with Diet Coke.

Cooler Bag: Well, we gotta keep those drinks we packed cooler somehow! I found this super cute Navy Flamingo Cooler Bag at Dollar General for only five dollars! Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it anywhere online to link it for you all. If you have a store in the area, I suggest taking a look because they have some cute summer themed insulated lunch bags. Below I’ll attach a link to a cute flamingo insulated lunch box from amazon that you may also like.

Portable Speaker: Music is a must on the beach! Below I have featured my speaker that I’ve had for years now and love. There are many great portable speakers out there though so use and buy whatever you want and prefer. I’ll link this one in case your interested in the one featured above. *I couldn’t find a reliable website that sold the pink speaker so I linked the white.*

Pool Floaty: Gotta have a cute Instagramable pool floaty to wrap up your beach must haves! Check out this adorable Lips pool floaty that I got from amazon.

I hope you all have found this edition of “What’s in my Bag?” helpful for your upcoming beach trip! Comment below and let me know what you HAVE to take with you to the beach.

    1. Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker

    2. “Mama Needs Some Coffee” Mug

    3. Pandora Knotted Hearts Band Ring

    4. Initial Necklace (I thought it would be cute to have the children’s initial on a necklace for Mom. These necklaces are only $10 so even if there were multiple children, you could put different letters on the same chain or the mom could layer them, which is a big fad currently.)

    5. Tarte Makeup Brushes (My mother is always worried about everyone else but never takes the time to worry about herself. Basic things like makeup brushes are the least of her worries and I always like to treat her with some nice makeup brushes for holidays. This Tarte Set comes with the essentials and for a decent price. Use this link for a 15% off your purchase too. https://share.tartecosmetics.com/x/TPGHrl . Go-To Tuesday

I have to share with you all my Go-To Phone Case that I’ve had for almost a year now. It’s a marble holographic case and it’s from the brand Milkyway. I have to be honest, before I purchased from this website, I knew nothing about them. I needed a phone case for my phone and they had exactly what I wanted for a decent price. I paid less than $20 for this phone case so I didn’t have a high expectation. It was so worth the purchase though. This phone case still looks new on the back and there’s only a little bit of wear on the rubber area around the front of the screen. The color of the rubber is a darker shade than it’s original state. I have loved this case from the minute I’ve gotten it and have received so many compliments for it. Above I have linked the exact phone case (attached to the picture) so you can browse their website. Let me know if you have a phone case from their site or plan on purchasing one!

    Welcome back all,

Today I’m bringing you some of my recent spring finds that I’ve been posting about on my Instagram stories and feed. I’ve been buying pieces here and there from different stores and couldn’t do a specific haul for you all, so I thought why not just combine them all for a recent Spring haul? So here we go friends:

Blue Light Blocking Glasses – About a few weeks ago I shared these glasses with you all on my Instagram stories and mentioned how these are supposed to protect my eyes from the blue light coming from our phones, tablets, etc. so far I’ve been using these almost every night I’m home while I lay in bed with my different electronic devices. I have to be honest, I don’t feel a huge difference BUT I can say that I feel like I get a better night’s sleep. Whether that’s psychological or the glasses are actually working, I’m totally okay with. Who could complain about getting good sleep? Haha

Dunkin Donut’s PEEPS Marshmellow Flavored Coffee – So I have to start and say that I don’t have a link for this new flavored coffee because it can only be purchased at Dunkin Donuts. What I can tell you is that this flavor is surprisingly good. I’m not a PEEPS fan at all but this coffee taste very good. If you were on the fence about giving it a try, I’d say go for it. It has more of a vanilla flavor than anything else. So, go for it PEEPS! 😉

Crystal Sandals– I just received these shoes yesterday so I couldn’t feature them in the photos but you HAVE to click the link and check these out. They come in 3 different colors and the sandals are stunning! 😍 I’m so excited to pair these with a cute spring dress and wear them out and about.

American Eagle Shorts from TJ-Maxx- Unfortunately, I couldn’t find these shorts online anywhere but let me tell you all about it. These shorts are a STEAL! Super comfy, cute, can be dressed up, and only $6!!! They had multiple different styles and patterns of these $6 shorts and I am living for them. I’m all about looking cute and feeling comfy, so if you are too these shorts are for you.

Pacifica Face Sunscreen and Travel Size Hawaiian Tropic’s Sun Tan Lotion – If you followed my post from a few weeks ago “What’s in my Bag? -Disney Edition” you will notice that I already mentioned these sunscreens before. Well I wanted to get on here and share with you all that I found both of them at TJ-Maxx for $2.99-$3.99. So if you’ve been looking for them, check out your local TJ-Maxx in the Beauty Aisles.

And that’s all folks, if you have any questions about any of these purchases don’t hesitate to leave a comment. I’ll make sure to get back to you ASAP. What your most recent Spring purchase?
