GO-TO TUESDAY

Yayy, this is the first Go-To of 2020. I’ve been struggling with fighting sickness and I’m finally on the mend! I have to say, I wouldn’t be if it weren’t for my go-to hand sanitizer. Thank goodness for Bath & Body Works’ antibacterial hand gel for helping me kill those germs that I need to stay away!! PLUS, it snells so dang amazing!! I’m so over being sick and don’t have time for that. This hand sanitizer also comes in handy when I have my pupper around. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to dogs so anytime I want cuddles, I need to sanitize afterwards. Either way, Bath & Body Work’s antibacterial hand gel is my go-to all the time! 🙌🏼

It’s almost Christmas morning and I have a special Christmas morning treat that will be perfect to sip on while opening presents and snacking on your brunch. This drink is the Peppermint Mimosa and it’s super easy to make. I’m all about easy and yummy drinks and this one is! Follow along below on what you need to make this yummy drink.

Ingredients:

Peppermint Schnapps

Champagne (Sweet Cuvée)

Candy Canes

Chocolate (that can be melted, don’t need much)

Start out with your glass, melt some chocolate on a plate then dip your rim into that. Then crush up some candy canes and dip that chocolate rimmed glass into the crushed candy.

After that, pour your champagne into the glass and top off with a little bit of schnapps. A little bit goes a long way. I put an ounce in and could have done a little less. Less is more in this mimosas. Garnish this drink with a candy cane and enjoy!

Friends! I got a little fun fact to share with you today AND it just so happens to be my go-to too! I’m sharing with you my go-to drug store setting powder! The Covergirl Clean Professional loose powder in Translucent is under $5 and keeps my face matte and perfect all day long. I love this product because I can purchase it anywhere locally including the Dollar General! Yes friends, I said it. I’m so not above going to the Dollar General (in all honestly, I’ll go anywhere before Walmart). It’s so easy to pop in and out, plus I have one only 5 minutes from my house. Well hello and happy holidays! I’m so excited that it’s finally the holiday season and I’m even more pumped to share with you my absolute FAVORITE and go-to gummy bears. This sweet treat is a holiday exclusive and they are the Haribo Gold-Bears Christmas Edition Mini Bears. The flavors included in the pack are strawberry (green) and raspberry (red), which honestly are the best flavors anyway! Which makes so much sense why I’m obsessed with this yummy bag of gummi bears. The acne has been real recently and I would be a fool if I didn’t share with you my secret tool for those pesky trouble spots. Okay, so a little fun fact about me: In high school, I always used to be jealous of the girls that wore glasses cause they could get away with not wearing makeup as much because they had glasses. I’ve always had 20/20 vision so I never had to get glasses but part of me always wanted them.
